Loyola and Javier
Two castles, two conversions.
The Holy House of Loyola and the Castle of Javier, on the Ignatian route in the north. The itinerary links the two places most closely tied to Saint Ignatius and Saint Francis Xavier, with pastoral and biographical content. The short distances allow it to be visited calmly in two or three days. It is a proposal highly valued by Ignatian schools and communities.

The destination, in detail
The itinerary covers the places of Saint Ignatius and Saint Francis Xavier: the Loyola tower house, the basilica, Javier Castle and its Chapel of the Holy Christ. It can be complemented with Manresa and Saint Ignatius' Cave, with Montserrat or with Pamplona and the Camino. It is a very suitable destination for formation groups and schools with a Jesuit tradition.
