The destination, in detail
The Polish itinerary covers the places of Saint Faustina and Saint John Paul II and culminates in Jasna Góra, before the Black Madonna. It usually includes Wadowice, the medieval center of Krakow and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, and allows for a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau for groups that wish to incorporate that memory. It is a popular destination for youth groups.
