The Shrine of Covadonga and the Lakes, in the heart of the Picos de Europa. A compact destination that brings together pilgrimage, nature and memory in just a few hours of travel. The nearby Lakes allow gentle walks adapted to the group. It fits into two- or three-day breaks and wider routes through the north.

The destination, in detail
Covadonga combines Marian devotion and nature. The program combines the Holy Cave, the basilica, and the esplanade with the ascent to Lakes Enol and Ercina, and allows for extensions to Cangas de Onís, Oviedo, and the Asturian pre-Romanesque churches or the Primitive Way. It is a very accessible destination for parish groups looking for a long weekend within Spain.
