The Basilica of the True Cross, at the top of the castle, one of the five holy cities in perpetuity. Its status as a jubilee city makes it a reference for groups from south-eastern Spain. The visit is short and can be combined with other places in the region. It is an accessible destination even for large one-day groups.

The destination, in detail
Caravaca allows gaining the jubilee every year and offers a compact monumental complex: the castle, the basilica, the Museum of Vera Cruz, and the historic center. We usually add Murcia, Lorca, or the Camino de la Cruz for groups that want to walk part of the route. It is a well-connected destination and easy to schedule for a weekend.
